Fix upload and file problems - Hyperlocalise

If a file does not appear after upload, check the selected project and upload result before uploading it again.

The file never appeared

Confirm you selected Upload after staging files with Add files.
Check the upload result for that file; a selected file is not yet uploaded.
Keep batches to ten files or fewer.
Confirm the project and source path, then reload the files view after processing completes.

If the upload reports a format or parsing error, validate the original file in its own tooling. Check syntax, encoding, and duplicate or blank translation keys. Correct the file and retry a small batch.

The file appears but cannot open

The text Content Editor is not available for every uploaded format. Confirm you selected a target locale and that the project has target locales configured. For a provider-backed file, check provider access as well as Platform access. If a supported text file still fails, keep its path and the error message and contact support.

Upload succeeded but nothing translated

Upload stores and processes source content. It does not request generation unless a matching automation is active. Start a translation, or check the Source upload trigger.

Existing strings disappeared

An updated file is a complete source snapshot. Keys removed from that snapshot no longer belong to the current source key set. Confirm you did not upload a partial file or use the wrong path. See Update source content safely.
