Automations are the playbooks that run content operations after you set them once. Create an automation, choose a trigger, and let Cloud generate or review when source files change. Automations is a Beta item under the Agents group in the organization sidebar. It also appears on each project. Workflows respond to schedules and GitHub pushes.

Where automations live

The list shows Total automations, Active, and Paused, plus columns for Automation, Tools, Status, and Creator. Open Run History on an automation to inspect past runs.

Create an automation

  1. Click New Automation.
  2. Add Triggers.
  3. Attach tools and knowledge the agent should use (glossaries, memories, guideline).
  4. Save. Pause later from the same page if you need to stop it.

Triggers

GitHub triggers need the GitHub App connected first. The UI shows Connect first until IntegrationsGitHub is linked. See Integrations. Source upload is the Cloud-side counterpart to CLI sync push: the CLI uploads files; this trigger starts translation.

One-off work

For a single agent session instead of a saved automation, use New Request (under Agents) or Inbox. Track your own runs in My Jobs. Workspace AI Engine chooses the model provider agents use.
