# v1.13.8

`hl run` skips empty source strings. HTML ingest leaves punctuation-only and entity-only cells such as ` ` untranslated, and `sync pull` writes reconstructed HTML when Platform returns a native HTML export. `hl entries --import-settings` applies per-format ingest filters.

* Add [`hl entries --import-settings`](https://github.com/hyperlocalise/hyperlocalise/pull/3064). Pass a JSON file of per-format ingest filters: HTML `excludedElements` and `icuSubfilter`; JSON/JSONC `keyPaths`, `excludeKeyPaths`, `contextFields`, `characterLimitFields`, `htmlSubfilter`, and `icuSubfilter`; Excel column indexes for identifier, source, context, and max length. ## Fixes

* Skip [empty source strings](https://github.com/hyperlocalise/hyperlocalise/pull/3063) when planning `hl run`. A key whose source is empty or whitespace is left untranslated.
* Skip [HTML punctuation-only and entity-only cells](https://github.com/hyperlocalise/hyperlocalise/pull/3063) such as ` ` and `&`. Those nodes stay literals. Amazon Translate no longer fails the whole file when a cell has nothing to translate. See [Translate HTML](https://hyperlocalise.dev/cli/reference/formats/html.md).
* Write [reconstructed HTML](https://github.com/hyperlocalise/hyperlocalise/pull/3063) on `sync pull` when Platform returns a native HTML export instead of JSON. `.htm` is treated as HTML. See [sync pull](https://hyperlocalise.dev/cli/commands/sync-pull.md).

## Tests

* Plan tasks skip empty and whitespace-only JSON sources.
* HTML writeback keeps ` ` and `&` and translates neighboring text.
* `sync pull` accepts reconstructed HTML for `.html` files.
